PS4 not getting good signal

hi all,

ive found in the last day or so, my ps4 is not getting a good wireless signal at all. it was fine up until recently and there has been no changes in provider or set up modifications at all.

attached is the test results from just now and also attached is a screenshot from speedtest from my phone taken at the same time...signal is making its way over to the room where the ps4 is, but it is just not accepting it for some reason

any ideas?

I would delete the connection and create a new one. Can you try it on your phone in the same location?

Yes, I tried setting up a new connection a couple of times - all with the same results.

When you say "try it with your phone" - I assume you mean test the internet connection...if so, then yes I have tried that and I have a decent connection speed.

I'll try bring it to the router and connect it via wire - get a good signal running through the system and try again wirelessly
