    what is the problem atm that i cant access my acc using the app

    We're sorry to hear that you're having difficulties logging on to your Mobile App. 

    I'd advise deleting and reinstalling the app on your device, as well as ensuring that you have the most up to date version of the app downloaded, which is 2.6.4. Hopefully this should help. 

    Alternatively I'd advise contacting our Customer Service Desk on 0818365365 and one of my colleagues would certainly be happy to look into this for you and offer further guidance.
