    Sorry forget the 1,878e.

    that was what the LL thought it was (they were combining 1,553 +253)

    Our rent for 2021 is 1,615.12e

    HAP are paying 1,560e we are paying 55.12e. to LL

    Our contribution to HAP is 165e weekly,
