19-05-2021 10:41amHi, I'm looking for a turntable to play 12" vinyl and 45's.
Preferably with bluetooth (I'd need a bluetooth speaker also)
Budget for both is about 300€.
Can you recommend some options?
Thanks,
Bob1

Thanks for the post.
At the moment the starting point for a Bluetooth turntable would be the Sony PSLX310BT priced at 229 Euro
https://euro.richersounds.ie/p-203989-sony-pslx310bt-bluetooth-turntable.aspx
For the speakers I would recommend something like the Tibo Plus 2.1 priced at 179 Euro
https://euro.richersounds.ie/p-203547-tibo-plus-2-1-black-bluetooth-active-speakers-per-pair.aspx
Or the Pioneer DM40Bt priced at 199 Euro
https://euro.richersounds.ie/p-205101-pioneer-dm40bt-black-bluetooth-active-speakers-per-pair-stock-erratic.aspx

There is the Lenco LBT188 priced at 239 Euro

I haven't heard this in action as it is a pretty new product for ourselves.0 -

The Marshall Emberton is grand as a Blutooth speaker but the Tibo speakers in my opinion would sound better and could create a better soundstage as a left and right speaker.
The Emberton has a built in battery and when fully charged has around 20 hours of life.
Bluetooth is rated at up to 10 meters but this depends on if there are walls etc in the way.
It would be very uncommon to have your turntable in a different room to the speaker, unless you plan on carrying the speaker around with you at home while the record player is on?0 -

The think walls might hamper the bluetooth range if they are solid stone and also going outside could maybe cause some issues between the connection.
To be honest, I've not tried setting up a turntable in doors and taking the speaker outside.
It might be something I can see if I can get setup here at the store and see what happens.0 -

I think it should work okay also but I just need to make you aware that you could get drop out issues with the Bluetooth signal at times if it moves out of range.

Sorry for the delay.
We had a go this afternoon and in store it gives about 6-7 meters before it starts to drop out.
If we go outside it stretches about 8 meters before any issues.0 -

Thanks for the post.
At the moment the starting point for a Bluetooth turntable would be the Sony PSLX310BT priced at 229 Euro
https://euro.richersounds.ie/p-203989-sony-pslx310bt-bluetooth-turntable.aspx
For the speakers I would recommend something like the Tibo Plus 2.1 priced at 179 Euro
https://euro.richersounds.ie/p-203547-tibo-plus-2-1-black-bluetooth-active-speakers-per-pair.aspx
Or the Pioneer DM40Bt priced at 199 Euro
https://euro.richersounds.ie/p-205101-pioneer-dm40bt-black-bluetooth-active-speakers-per-pair-stock-erratic.aspx
Let me know your thoughts.
I saw the TEAC TN 350 also, no bluetooth but has USB option - Is there an option with both Bluetooth and USB?
There is the Lenco LBT188 priced at 239 Euro
https://euro.richersounds.ie/p-205435-lenco-lbt188-walnut-bluetooth-turntable.aspx
I haven't heard this in action as it is a pretty new product for ourselves.
It would be very uncommon to have your turntable in a different room to the speaker, unless you plan on carrying the speaker around with you at home while the record player is on?
The think walls might hamper the bluetooth range if they are solid stone and also going outside could maybe cause some issues between the connection.
To be honest, I've not tried setting up a turntable in doors and taking the speaker outside.
It might be something I can see if I can get setup here at the store and see what happens.
I think it should work okay also but I just need to make you aware that you could get drop out issues with the Bluetooth signal at times if it moves out of range.
I'm not at the store today but I'll there tomorrow and will see if I can set up a bluetooth turntable and a bluetooth speaker and see what the range is like and we can also take it outside to the street to see how it preforms.
I'll keep you posted.
We'll touch base tomorrow once I'm at the store
Sorry for the delay.
We had a go this afternoon and in store it gives about 6-7 meters before it starts to drop out.
If we go outside it stretches about 8 meters before any issues.0 -
