How does the app work for electricity consumption?

Just wondering, your website shows an app showing energy consumption by appliances.

Is this a real app, and how does it work? I don't understand how you can get that information from the meter, even if it is a smart meter.

There is no app yet it something that will be arriving at a later stage likely after August 2021 when advanced electricity insigts details will start to show up
When you signed up for a smart meter plan it did tell you in the email they sent you
See which of your appliances are using the most electricity (available after four months of analysis)

The only electric Ireland app available at the moment if for pay as you go customers
