    Hello recently bought a 1tb 4k Freesat box from you, huge amount of failed recordings-possibly 6 out of 10. Not clashing with other programs.

    Thanks for the post and I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the Freesat box.

    If you give Freesat a call - they deal with their support issues direct and may be able to offer a replacement - on 0345 313 0051 they should be able to resolve the issue. If you have any issues though let me know and I'll see what we can do!

    Thanks for the reply however I bought the item from richer sounds about 8 weeks ago?

    If you want to package it back up and return it back to us here at the store we can give it a test and then replace it for you if required to do so.
