What sort of injury is this, tennis elbow?

I thought this was 'tennis elbow' but now i'm not so sure.
Injury set in after a repeated action similar to swinging a tennis racket.

Several months later injury is still present and mostly revealed when carrying weight with arm extended straight down.
For example if carrying a suitcase or shopping bag.
Injury is deep, high in the forearm at elbow.
Probably where muscle connects to bone, but it's internal so it's underneath other mass and i can't exactly put my finger on it.

Yes if you've had it for months then best to consult with a professional. Physios are open at Lvl 5.
