activating Card over the phone

    Hi 
    Is there anyway to activate a new card over the phone as when I try to use it online I get this message 

    Transaction blocked by merchant's 3D Secure 2 configuration.

    Hi There,

    Thanks for getting in touch with us here today. We are sorry to hear that you have been experiencing difficulty with using the card for the account. Can we check with you have you recently received a new card for the account? If this is the case you would need to activate the card at an ATM prior to using the card online.
