    Although our customer service team are available Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, our emergency line for fraudulent transactions or lost and stolen cards are available 24/7 on ROI Freephone 1800946764. You will also have access to 365 where you can check your balance and transactions.

    Bit hard to check transactions etc, when you block an account because your app doesn't function properly.
