Vodafone FTTH CGNAT or Static IP?

Since I got Vodafone FTTH last year, 90% of the time I've had the same IP address. The only time it changes is if I reboot the Gigabox or the ONT. My current IP has been the same for 98 days.

I thought you needed to pay for static IPs, and that CGNAT was only used on providers that don't have enough IPv4 addresses.

Sometimes if I reboot the ONT it picks up a dynamic 109.7X.XXX.XXX IP, but it reverts to a static IP after a few days

Thankfully the internet no longer cuts out at ~3am every morning!
