Viabuy Prepaid Debit/Credit Card new IBAN

    Hi, just wondering if anyone has one and more specifically any issues with new IBAN. Viabuy recently moved their banking operations to Luxembourg and have isdued new IBAN"s and BIC"s.

    I've had terrible trouble trying to set this up on my KBC app, support looking into it, every option tried, also tried just to transfer and create a new payee that way and error message coming up about check your balance (which is not the issue). Its likely a KBC app issue, the Iban is correct, just wondering anyone else having an issue with the new Viabuy Iban

    Issue resolved, seems KBC at to update the IBAN onto their systems.
