    I know there has been numerous rumours about the place since it closed a few years ago but I've heard from a couple of people this week that the pub has been bought and turned into a gastropub.

    Has anyone living in the locality heard anything?

    In Greenhills? I thought that was demolished for houses.

    Yes, on greenhills road.

    The front part of the building is still standing, houses were built at the back.

    I think the front part of the building may have protected status.
