    Not for the squeamish.

    House, from 1932 has been vacant for two years.

    “I can’t pay my staff or mortgage with instagram likes”.

    My guess is poison.
    Yep the crime scene was only a day or so old. watching too much CSI:D
    I was stunned by the industry in building the nest, without any grant:D
    6 feet square and 8 to 12 inches deep

    What's the thermal conductivity though? I'm guessing closest option would the the default for thatch.
