PIN Number

    I received a new card over a month ago and have rang twice to get a PIN Number sent out and have still received nothing. Is there any other way to activate the card as this is taking forever.

To have this looked into we would recommend that you raise this by logging into your account, select services and send us a message and our colleagues here will be more than happy to look into this further for you.
