Short term layoff, non COVID related- do I still apply to PUP!

Work said that due to lck of a component on the line until the 21st, I’m finished work imuntil then as of today. Social online says I need to apply for PUP. Is that right?

Its likely that the lack of components is Covid related. I would apply for what Social on-line says to apply for. After screenshotting the advice.
