Travel pass

i have just received my insurance documents from Axa and I notice a line on Statement of Fact stating "I do not hold an annual travel pass".Does anyone know whats this about.I tried to ring them but I was so long holding on that I gave up.

Think it means to them that holding an annual travel pass is an indication of frequent public transport use and therefore using your car less to travel.
