    We can start calculating scores now with the group stages complete. Remember it is 3 pts for any team that topped their group and 1 pt for any other team that qualified.

    Kol, the points allocated is it just the 3 for topping the group or is there 3 for topping the group and an extra point for making the last 16? So in essence take Italy as an eg. 3 points for topping the group and then 1 point for making the last 16?

    Or am I confusing everyone :D

    I thought this might be confusing alright. So I'm going with just 3 pts or 1 pt, no team can have 4 pts at this stage.
