Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Depends on where in the country you are, but you wont be far off the €15-20k mark. Just finished a 16sqm one for c.€14k.
    Went with hollow blocks, insulation on inside, with osb board to finish. 2 windows and a door (2nd hand from a large window provider - opes made to size). plumbed for washing-machine + drier.

    Hi @Gumbo , do you mind me asking how the €20k figure was arrived at?


    I'm interested in similar to @Celtic74 without plumbing and €20k seems very reasonable.
