Wembley should be rammed with supporters, FFS they're way ahead with vaccines with the EU.

    Feels like a glorified friendly.

I think Virgin block it off. Im on my own Freesat/Freeview box and just found ITV4 and can watch it no problems, there is some atmosphere in Hampden at the moment even though its not full.

Im actually in two minds of which game to watch, Scotland Croatia should be the better game but part of me wants to watch the England game in the hope the Czechs score first and the crowd gets on their back, yes Im fierce petty like that :pac:

Shouldn't even be a debate, Scotland v Croatia is a straight knock out, England game is just a tune up before the next round.

Edit: See that you saw the light!

Technical superior, just like most European sides. Compared to British and Irish sides.

Almost came off there. Need to start looking for Dykes

  • Moderators, Science, Health & Environment Moderators, Society & Culture Moderators Posts: 6,309 Mod ✭✭✭✭mzungu

That was a great passage of play by the Scots.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,543 ✭✭✭✭Thelonious Monk

Croatia passing the ball around and keeping possession like they're playing against Ireland

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,700 ✭✭✭✭Arghus

Scotland need to keep their heads a bit. Hold onto the ball, slow it down, if they hare forward Croatia will pick them off and get another one and then it's really all over.

Scotland though really are toothless up top.

Kinda feel this one is set up for Croatia now. Modric is going to get more and more space.

I'm not going to lie I let out a roar when that went in.

Thought it was looking grim for them there, Croatia were swaggering around looking a cut above the Scots.

Hopefully that will fire the Scots (players & fans) up for the 2nd half......

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,700 ✭✭✭✭Arghus

This match could get mental if it stays level well into the second half. It's rare enough that you have a tie where both teams must win in the 90 minutes.

Me neither, a mixture of shock and delight. Glad for them but I still wouldn't be too confident. Hope I'm wrong.

What country goes through if this game ends in a draw ?

What country goes through if this game ends in a draw ?

Neither. Someone else will be on more points in 3rd in their own group.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,767 ✭✭✭✭AndyBoBandy

What country goes through if this game ends in a draw ?

neither of them as they'll both be finishing on 2 points....

only 4 of the 6 3rd place teams will go through, and they'll be going through on 4 or 3 points... 2 won't br enough.

  • Registered Users Posts: 223 ✭✭Sadler Peak

Sorry guys, what I meant is, which other country goes through if this game ends in a draw and Scotland and Croatia go out ?

Thought it was 3 from each group goes through ?
