I mean it's not like it's the same expansion from FH3, it's just in the same style of an expansion from an older game.

Can't fault you on the reskin part though, that's definitely true.

I'm still optimistic it'll be fun to play with hot wheels stuff again 😊

And definitely hoping for a bit more originality for expansion 2!

The hot wheels dlc is out today, played about 2 hours of it and thought it was grand. Doesn't really feel much better than the hot wheels dlc in FH3, will put another few hours into it and see if it gets any better

Well that was... short. Five hours to unlock Legend status and actually be allowed to use my entire garage. The rest of it is just going to be winning all the races and setting clean Rivals times (good luck...)

Bit disappointed really.

I got legend status after a few hours of gameplay, felt very meh. I don't think I'll go back playing the dlc. I seen there's 14 "new" cars added for series 10, 10 of them are extreme e cars which is 10 identical cars just with a different livery while the other 4 "new" cars are Porsches from a previous horizon game. So really there's only one new car added

The worst part of the XE's being different cars is that there likely won't be the ability to get a community tune/livery from the other XE cars onto your one.

I wonder which will become the "common" XE car for that sort of stuff. Probably the McLaren since everyone can theoretically get it this month.

Unfortunately car license agreements seem to be worse than music license agreements!

I have most, but not all of the games and it becomes really frustrating if you tryna pick them up on the cheap, down the road! 😒

I have all the Forza Horizon games. FH, FH2, FH3 and FH5 are all physical copies. FH4 came with a One X console bundle.

I'm hoping the 10 Year Anniversary update will pull me back into FH5 as it's probably my least played FH game.

Time I spent in Forza Horizon games:

FH5: 90 hours.

FH4: 141 hours.

FH3: 163 hours.

FH2: 120 hours.

FH: n/a.

Not saying they're not great games, but the bare minimum licensing means I can't experience anything before FH4 or any of the Motorsport series. Which is crazy for games less than 10 years old. I wouldn't mind giving one of the Motorsports a go, and would have thought at least 1 would be on GP.
