vegetarian restaurant in Dublin

Hi all

I was hoping for a recommendation for a vegetarian restaurant in Dublin , My sister is turning forty later in the week and i would like to get her a voucher as a present , I live in Galway myself so dont know any restaurants in Dublin that tend to specialise in the above

Not to sure where she lives and would be outdoor dining or would a take away be an insult.
I use Saba to Go which can deliver to me when needed and very good tasty food for all likes + wines + deserts'

How far can she travel if needed and maybe outside dining if they have the room.

she lives in Dublin , id narrowed it down to Saba and Montys of kathmandu

both look decent ?

is the restaurant not open again yet for sit down dining ?

Not sure on that as a pub i go to is not doing inside dining but food outside only and drinks.
That might have to be double checked if indoors is open and airy with limited seating.
