Hi guys, i have been laid off work for the past couple of months due to COVID. THe business is slowly coming back and more and more people are returning. My contract states i work in a 7 day a week system from 5am to 12am. For the past 6 years i worked set shifts (7am-3pm) and days (monday to friday only). Now as I am coming back they want me to be fully flexible and do a mix of all days and shift. I heard somewhere a while back that if you are doing set shifts over a period of set period of time they can not change them for as that becomes part of your contract through performance. Can anyone verify this? It doesn't seem right to me.
