    Chef, today I was not on my A game due to the harassment I suffered at the hands of the Alpha wolf. I let the emotional strain get to me and this has resulted in my very regretful subpar performance to date.

    I think you will agree that my steak sandwich was a better signature dish than of those submitted by my teammates. I know I should of put more effort into the salad that I prepared today and I wholeheartedly apologise for my tardiness.

    I solemnly swear that I will hop, skip and jump through hoops to alter your impression of me and my cooking abilities. From here on in, I will have military like discipline and the commitment of an Olympic athlete to be the out and out winner of this marvellous competition.
