Business Banking - Issue with payment to another SEPA EU account

    Hi there,

    We have an issue where we can't pay an Irish company with an IBAN (SEPA) in another EU country. When adding a new payee, you request details of the payee, including country. On the next account details screen, you no longer ask for country hence IBAN is not accepted if IBAN is from a bank not in IE.

    Also, why do you require bank's name, address, city etc as well as the BIC as all these should be already available to you from the IBAN?
