Fortnite Lagging

Hi, not sure if this it the right forum so feel free to re-direct

Build
Ryzen 3 3100
RX 570 8GB
8GB RAM 3000Mhz

Fortnite is showing 240FPS on average
However its lagging a lot during games.

Speed Test: 25 Download, 19 upload. Ping 19ms

Could this be a driver issue ?
Hardware ?
Fortnite issue ?

Start with this. Should give a clear idea if its fps dips or latency/packet loss causing the issue when it happens. Eg, ping will increase, packets will be dropped or min FPS will go down to a low number.

Thanks, I'll get them to try that and will see what the results are
