Lost debit card

It has just taken me over 5 mins to cancel a debit card. I had to listen to 1+ minute of fraud info when the number I contacted was for lost or stolen cards! When a card is lost or stolen you want to cancel it as quickly as possible! If I wanted to know details of fraud I would have rang that number!
