Got a tattoo with 4 lines of text on my inner bicep about 2 weeks ago. First tattoo, in general I'm really happy with it. Bruising has cleared but there is still some light blue discolouration through the centre of the tattoo. I would take a picture but it's really hard to see in a picture. It sounds like blowout. The inner bicep is very susceptible to it. Not necessarily the artists fault. Just one of those things.
