Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Jumping in instead of wading in and cold water shock

I've been sea swimming for a year and I find it way easier to just jump in instead of walking in but I've been reading about cold water shock and lots of people saying there's a risk of heart attack by jumping into cold water. How much of a risk is it for someone in their 20s?
