still commenting on videos you havent watched...... true derangmeent syndrome

the ultimate in elitist condescending attitude.

too profound in their own mind to watch some videos about Russian daily life, all becasue it offends their sensitivity about what TV they demand the rest of us should watch.

Next they will be telling us what books to read .. oh hang thats already started.

You gotta love the part in this video where Megyn Kelly is questioning Putin where she asks him about intelligience reports on Russia. She sets herself up as asking a really cutting question about a report..
He looks her in the eye and asks "have you read the report "
...crickets... course she hasnt she is a typical western journo, too lazy to do the research , but think they are clever.

This one is 2 and half hour long. Megyn Kelly went to St Petersburg to moderate a economic summit.

It was very interesting....great to hear another perspective on the stories making our headlines

now cue all the comments from all the people who havent watched it....

Do I agree with everything Putin does or say.. course not .. but the least people should do is listen and maybe learn something.

He had a great idea for solving the housing problem, during that 3 hour phone in. If you were selling your house and had lived in it for less than 5 years then you would be exempt from income tax for 1 year, they idea being in a rising market if your trying to chase the gains you should not be punished. A very interesting idea.

Now , time to go visit my local Russian restauraunt. I imagine some of you are shocked and would be afraid to eat Russian food in case you were brain washed...

I wonder how popular he really is. He does seem to have steadied the ship.

Like, in the countries our media regularly covers, does anybody actually love the leadership or is it a case of best of a bad bunch?

Easy to steady the ship when you control the news and your opposition keep disappearing

Who could possibly have watched it by now even if they planned to absorb state propaganda? You posted 6.5 hours of video and the thread is 3 hours old.

edit: up to 10 hours in fact with post #30.

That time they announced that north Korea had won the FIFA world cup 27-0 ........ And the team would be coming home to a glorious parade

Western media dogs hide these achievements from us to ignorantly besmirch the name of the great Kim dynasty and their glorious reign over all of Korea. The day will come when the western dogs will feel the almighty wrath of the Korean proletariat as they unleash fire and fury upon the fat, lazy citizens of the USA.

At the first signs of dissenting views you’ve given up on your appeal from your OP and are now just telling the skeptics you were hoping to have a dialog with to all **** off as wannabe elitists.

Imagine if Jesus Christ had just walked into town and said “well if you don’t believe me right off and watch these 3 hours of YouTube footage of me turning water into wine then **** all you elitist pieces of sh*t I’m going home.”

Would have saved us all 2 millennia of time.

Point of order- the three videos in the OP total five hours of footage. And since then another one posted this time its two and half hours. So now the OP expects people to watch 7.5 hours of footage and if they dont do it then that can only mean that we all have closed minds and therefore he is right.

Seeing as the OP watches RT so much and is claiming it to be a trusted source of his I would be interested to see him posting lots of videos of their coverage of the 21 Russian journalists who have been murdered in Putins Russia. Can you rise to the challenge OP? If your Russia Today source is so trustworthy and isnt just a propaganda channel you'll have no problems finding their coverage for every single one of those journalists

I’ve nothing but respect for the man personally. A great leader is not led by Twitter likes which seems so rare these days. He puts Russia first which is his job.

Exactly. It's a country of white europeans whose living standards are closer to some African countries than to other europeans.

If he was putting the country first, that wouldn't be the case.

Speaking of, have you checked out Kim Jong Un? He makes Putin look like a big girl's blouse. Don't believe what the lame-stream media has been telling you. For the "truth" about what's going on, you should take a look at this "honest" tv station.

Ahh I can see I am dealing with the new generation of "there is a prize for everyone " .

Obviously many of the recent comments are from the type who want to be awarded the 1st Class Honours degree but dont want to put the work in.
It seems you are of the generation who wants the top marks but dont want to do the study.

So still no commentary on the content of the video, after all how could there , many of the 'dolts' here who are commenting havent even watched them .

In fact its now become my fault, because the videos are long.
Sort of like its the teachers fault because the questions were hard.... 'safespace' anyone ?

Again it would seem it all comes back to the universities and our failing education system.
We dont have any critical thinking in the masses these days. How could we, sure most posters here are afraid to watch a news channel like RT in case theres some electro magnetic subliminal messages that will give them a craving for 'borscht' .

I guess your all in favour of NordStreamII which some would claim is lining Putins and his mates pockets ... quick off ye run to wikipedia to educate yourselfs.

Im so glad I lived thru a time when one could try out all the societies in college and get a broad view on life. The days when you could go to a 'Spear Of Destiny' meeting upstairs in the pub, then go down stairs in the same pub and go drinking with the communists, before everyone went on to a disco to shift the hippie and the goth chicks.

I like this quote about Putin, "If Putin asks you a question, he already knows the answer to it "

You obviously don't get it do you? People have jobs/kids/lives...I wouldn't watch nine hours of T.V in a week yet you want me to watch nine hours of Putin interviews?

Yeah I'll leave you to your weird adoration of him (you seem to have dumped Trump now that he is a nobody and probably off to jail) and I'll keep my nine hours to do things I actually enjoy on my downtime.

another one of the, is theres a prize for everyone brigade.
Do I really have to study for the exam miss, can't you just give me an A+ cos otherwise my feelings will be hurt.

All I expect is that if people want to comment on something , then the least they should do is educate themselves from both perspectives about it.

Thats okay I am familiar with your posting style, you are of the quantity rather than quality kind when it comes to posting..

The lack of education doing the rounds is just appalling, the only knowledge 99.9% of the posters here have on Russia is what they clickbait on in the main stream news feeds from equally un-educated dolts posing as journalists.
All most can do is roll out stock meaningless phrases on the current Russian state, little understanding of the complex histories of the region, and places like the Ukraine . They probably never even heard of Hughesovka...

quick off you go to wiki .... its not my fault your not informed on current affairs or the historical influences...

jaysus this generation really take the bisuit, blaming others for them being thick.

I spent 18 months in Russia between Moscow and St Petersburgh and I still stay in touch with some.of the people I met over twenty years ago, you meanwhile watch R.T which is Russian state propaganda and swallow everything they feed you :pac:

As I said, unlike you I have a job, children, a life and I'm not wasting over nine hours of my time watching Russian propaganda just to satisfy you. We all know by your past posting on threads that if we did watch it and start to question you that you would either avoid all questions or run away.

You have form for doing it on other threads so no, it's not people being too lazy to watch it, it's people knowing that you're not worth the effort.

In fairness, if you feel that people are only allowed to reply to your thread if they watch nine hours of video, then you're stupid.

You could post nine hours of porn and no one would watch all nine hours. So stop posting daft ****.

We should defend our way of life to an extent that any attempt on it is crushed, so that any adversary will never make such an attempt in the future.

Of the Russians I know, Putin is popular.
He is well liked and seen as the person that saved Russia after the fall of the Soviet Union.

They also fully agree that he maintains very tight control of the country, because if he doesn't, it will fall apart.

Russia is suffering population decline at the moment and is effectively surrounded by a bunch on countries that aren't necessarily enemies, but that don't really like Russia very much. So he's also seen as a defender.

OP said Putin is a Product of Russia or Vice Versa.
I think however he is a product of the West failing to extend the olive branch after the fall of the Soviet Union.
The EU and US could have gotten involved there as soon as it collapsed to ensure there was democracy, but they didn't.... now we have Putin

It bares a striking similarity to Germany and Ottoman Empire Post WWI. Instead of the extending the olive branch, the allied powers were overly harsh. And we ended up with Hitler and Nazi Germany that was thankfully defeated and Turkey (who has committed many crimes against the Kurds and Armenians and still does so to this day)

Of the 3-4 Russians I know, their feeling is the opposite and he is seen as a corrupting influence.

I do think it's funny that someone like RIGOLO fresh from the trumpy disaster has gone headlong into watching hours of videos about putin, I mean, if there's 9 hours of video on this thread, how much has been watched in total to whittle it down to the "gold" ?

And to be fair, it was always putins hands up donald's backside doing the controlling.

I wonder which personality cult will be next?

It's obvious, or at least I think it is. This guy learned to shoot a gun at age three and at age eight, could drive a truck at 80kph. Putin's a beta-cuck soyboy compared to him.

Seems some posters here are so thick , they think the leader of North Korea is somehow the President of Russia.
They keep posting pictures of North Korea .. in a Russia thread... look mummy Im smart I found a picture of a man on a horse and I put it in a political discussion .. can I have an A+ in History .

So whilst some posters are struggling to find Russia on the map , PUTIN continues his embrace of Asia as he forges every stronger links with China.

China recently came out and said the RUSSIA-CHINA relationship is rock solid.

As evidenced by the Meridian Highway , The New Silk Road brought to you courtesy of Putin. A fast track from Shanghai to Stuttgart

    https://www.rt.com/business/463759-russia-europe-china-highway/

Thats what makes modern liberals so laughable, whilst they have safespaces and take a knee, Putin is building 2000 miles of Highway .

Liberals so thick they refuse to even watch Russian television or listen to a Russian viewpoint.

Liberals completely ignorant of the legacy of their fake news media in the deaths of millions of Ukrainians... Many call it the biggest media scandal of the 20th century and I guarantee all the knockers here are clueless . Quick guys toddle off to wikipedia, you know you wont have an original thought on what I am refering too, so best find something on the web.
Or alternatively you could always post a picture of a man from another country sitting on a horse. Thats as high brow as it gets round here these days,

We have all heard of 'confirmation bias '

... Im coining a new phrase , we live in an era of 'confirmation ignorance ' , the confirmation of the ignorance of liberals . Thansk for the laughs guys, everytime I see an uber delivery driver I say maybe thats one of them

It's impressive the crap that people buy into in terms of Putin koolaid. Pretty sure they would have been praising the love that Stalin, Hitler or Mao holds for the common man back in the day. "Look at Hitler, he's taking questions! Isn't he an inspiration to know of the struggles of the greengrocer? So manly, traditional and strong!"
