Should NPHET be disbanded ?

There is definitely manipulation of numbers going on with nphet, for example yesterday's number of over 5000 is shocking until you read that they dumped numbers from days ago when they were having "technical problems" into yesterday's number.

How is that allowed, it would be more honest not to count those now as they are no longer relevant, they are not "today's figure", they did the same last summer when cases were very low in order to scupper the planned opening of pubs by delaying entering positive numbers until the opening date giving the impression that numbers were growing strongly again.

A lot of government organizations like the esri are also seriously suspect on their statistics gathering,

Yeah, I think we’ve had enough of manipulation of figures, “saving them up” u til they look more impressive. Let the somewhat lesser figures stand on their own, they are bad enough. If they are going to issue figures let them say eg 3500 yesterday, plus 500 from previous days, giving a 5 day adjusted average of X

i know they are trying to give us as much scare as possible because of hospitals being over-burdened.

Don’t disband them - reassign them to focus on the health system instead of the public. Maybe with their combined brainpower they can find out where all the money is disappearing.

Gobsmacked over and over this last year by the number of people who blindly accept the BS, NPHET have been shovelling. "Did you not see/hear the news?.. The numbers are up"

Long past time they were turf'd out on their ear.

Not disbanded but the messaging should be solely through the government and information they present to the government and not through kite flying and public disagreements.
