LG TV with Soap Opera effect

    I’m using a LG 43UK6300PLB.

    Everything on the built in Netflix app has the “Soap Opera Effect” and according to Google I should disable TruMotion to stop the effect but TruMotion is already off.

    Also, Netflix and Prime Video look HD, not 4K.

    can anyone suggest what to do?
