    I was at an ATM trying to take out money, and the ATM stated "your request has been refused by issuer. Please contact your bank for more information"....


    what would cause this? i looked at my transactions and i made a few transactions during the week which only seem to have been recorded today (17/7/21)....nothing was done out of the ordinary,,
