Hi All, Was thinking of swapping out my old handset for a video one but can't find the wiring diagram online for the old one. The old one is a Comelit branded one. Anyone know where the power maybe on the board ?

That is a Comelit 5 wire audio only intercom.
That system is powered by a 12 vac transformer and the feed from that goes into the actual call unit.

Is it possible to swap this out for a 2 wire video unit ?

Yes it is, because you will need less cable cores than what are there currently
