    Sorry Op, but that photo is very difficult. All I can see is that the flower is pink. Hard to narrow it down from that.


    Have you a photo with a much better resolution, or taken much closer to the plant? A 0.75Mp photo with the plant being far away in the background is impossible to use.

    Its carpet rose. See them used a good bit by councils on roundabouts
