Tiller and misc bits for a GP14

Guys, I'm in need of a tiller to get the newly acquired GP14 floating asap. Its a bit outside my carpentry improvisation skill level, with the offset. I'd snap up a used spinnaker pole and a used spinnaker too if anyone has one handy. Doesn't need to be competition grade, just literally to get kids learning the ropes.…
