I think it only fair to point out its not just SW recipients in this appalling situation, if your land lord sells up and there's no accommodation available to rent, what do you do .

I know a women working in the HSE in nenagh, rented the same property for 17 years, property sold not a cent missed in rent , now homeless and can't get her deposit back, Sleeping on a friend's sofa and in her 50's
