    That roundabout in Ballyer is one you would certainly need to have a decent idea of the rules of the road on so to speak, it's proper madness central, horns be blown on arrival for newbies.

    12 million spent on a road in Portlaoise with footpaths and cycle lanes wider than the road. 2 Lorry’s can’t meet on it without banging mirrors. Has to be redone.
