As per title I'm pretty sure I've developed an Ischial Hygroma over my Left sit bone. I'm struggling to get decent info on this and more importantly , who or where to go to get treatment. It's basically a large lump ( actually one of the less technical names for the condition is " cyclist third testicle" and that's not a bad description except its on your arse). A steroid injection or surgery are the general recommended actions. Anybody with any information ( not looking for medical advice) or where you'd suggest I can get help - it'd be much appreciated.
