Hi all I am building a new house and I need to look at landscaping the lawn. It will have the topsoil spread out over the site but thats it. It will have to be graded, rolled, stones taken out or buried and grass seed planted. We don't necessarily want a billard table as we are planning to have lots of areas of the grass…

Hi all

We don't necessarily want a billard table as we are planning to have lots of areas of the grass grow long etc but I just want to a good base to start with.
Its a big garden about an acre...😟 but do any of you guys out there have an estimate of how much I would expect to pay. I am living in Cork if that helps.
