Can you direct me to an example of a top quality marketing plan (not template)? Thanks.

I know it's been a while since this was posted, but for anyone coming along and looking for a marketing plan later, I highly recommend that you look for industry-specific marketing plans. Marketing is very different from sector to sector. B2B marketing is massively different from B2C, and B2C marketing for an ecommerce business is very different from say a B2C hospitality business. I recommend looking for specialists in your industry, and industry-specific advice. If you're on low to zero budget, start with the Local Enterprise Office, and ask them to chat with a mentor, ideally somebody with some sector experience. Lacking that, chat with someone with general marketing experience.

Would you have a link to any marketing plan you think is top quality Trojan?

Rooting for this answer. It really varies per sector and nature of business or company.

I work in sales for a SaaS company, so I work mostly as well with our inbound marketing team. Even though there are a lot of SaaS marketing plans available we still stick with what works for us cause some plans focus more on social, some on email, some on search, etc. Which does not automatically apply to us. For us what worked I believe are search and email. We use sales automation software (sales automation is basically a tool that helps us be informed more efficiently and in sync than doing it manually, here's a good read about it in case you want to explore it). On that note search and email is perfect for us too since our product is not physical, we sell software.

For others let's say e-commerce, they focus more on social media as their main channel since they sell physical products. Let's say Instagram has been big and I've been seeing guides about Instagram marketing that focuses on how to capture their audience with captions. (like that one) but I think social media is all about building or creating your own voice.

If I may ask what industry your company is at?

I appreciate the replies. While I realise each marketing plan is tailored towards the individual business I am looking for any top quality marketing plans publicly available rather than limiting replies to any particular niche. Basically looking to see all the theory and research put down into an executable plan. Thanks.

You're asking for the equivalent of "a top quality recipe for food". It's impossible to answer that in any meaningful way. Google search is your best bet.

If I had 100 recipes I could choose which I like or possibly combine some ideas from different recipes rather than only getting ideas for chicken burger based meals.

Basically I'm asking has anyone ever come across a top quality marketing plan that they could link to online. No need to target it in any way or provide tips on how to produce one. Simply looking for the finished product that is available to share.

Much like going into a national gallery. You're going to see some beautiful art but don't want to only view self portraits.
