Sabre Wasp?

Hi all, Found this insect in my kitchen earlier. Have never seen anything like it in Ireland before. I think its a Sabre Wasp but there doesn't seem to be much information about them in Ireland on line. Anyone know much more about them? I assume they can't be too common? I'm in Dublin 14 area. J

Hi all,

Looks like an Ichneumon Wasp. These are some of our most impressive insects. Couldn't tell you the species.
