you tried blowing any airlocks out of it using back pressure?

Put your hand over the mixers outlet with enough pressure so no water can escape, turn on cold and then turn mixer to midway cold/hot. Water pressure should push the air back to the tank. This works for me. Can usually hear the bubbles blowing in the tank.

Sounds like it could be airlock. Have you a mixer tap in kitchen sink?

put palm over tap, turn on cold it will hopefully push airlock back up and free it

I sucked on the cold tap in en-suite LOL, have everything back except feed from tank to Triton shower

Take top of shower head off, let hose hang down into tray, turn it on with full cold. If that doesn’t work, there is a small bleed screw inside shower, front will have to be screwed off. Just do a google how to

Out of interest, we are due another outage on Monday, anyway to limit the air locking chances

Yes, use as little water as possible until the supply is restored. Keep toilet flushing and showers to an absolute minimum.
