If its currently on a ring, you could split the ring into 2 radials and move from one 32A MCBs to 2x 20A MCBs

Would cause minimal disruption provided you have a spare way in your board

It’s unlikely it’ll be wired separately back to the distribution board. Each room would need to have its own circuit

id be more than happy to pay for the rooms to be rewired if necessary its just the 3 bedrooms seem to be overloading the mcb and ive had to 2 electrians out and both have said its unnecessary for 2 double sockets per room to be separated

Is the MCB tripping or is it an RCD or an RCBO? I ask because the tripping may be unrelated to overloading it would not be normal to have a dedicated circuit for every 2 sockets

What’s overloading them? The circuit should be 20amp protected. Have you electric heaters?

between the 3 rooms a profiling bed, night charging on a motorised wheelchair, 2 tvs, and the usual amount of usb phone/tablet changing

have they done any testing

have they given you any test results

What load(power consumption) is the wheelchair using whilst charging?(check user manual or get electrician to test)

I would expect the combined load is substantially less than 20A. So I suspect that there is something else going on. Your electrician should be resolving this. It should be very straightforward.
