country clean - extra bags next to bin

so due to reasons, our blue bin is filled to the brim, and we have 3 extra bags with blue bin refuse. does country clean collect extra bags we put next to the bin also? or will they be ignored? i dont really want wo drive to the amenity site to get rid of the extra trash. we've never been in this situation before...

They’ll take see-through bags and the white plastic bags, but definitely not the black ones.
