Who manages your D15 estate? Are they any good? Are they directly contactable, responsive & Would you recommend them? Would you give them the time of the day for a chat or just bypass them?

If you're looking to change your agents, best advice I can give you is to drive around estates managed by potential agents. It can be quite the eye opener!!
