Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Chatting to Amazon today it appears the ability to borrow Prime eligible books for free is no longer available to Irish customers. But the websites still say it’s possible. Is anyone else aware of this.

Due to the limited items eligible for free postage, and now that can’t borrow books, will probably cancel my Amazon prime subscription.

It does seem that the perks we used to associate with being Prime members here in Ireland are slowly being withdrawn. Strongly considering cancelling my membership too🙁

ive spent small fortunes with them over lockdown one, it was the prime video that i wanted and at a reduced rate for the full year, seemed worth it at first. now at full price with diminishing returns, its like a poor drug habit. got to give it up. every show i started watching needed an extra payment after a while, and a vpn to access anything.

the vat free under 22 bonanza has left me with a pile of shtuff that may or may not ever get used instead of gathering dust. still , what a bargain at the time eh?
