Hello all We are looking into buying a property in Tallaght. We have been viewing houses for a year now. There are always some on sale around Carrigmore streets, we like them but wondering if there would be any pyrite or mica related issues in the buildings here? Anyone had any survey done at least for pyrite clearance…

Hello all
