Where to watch Premier League match in Athlone?

Hi All,
My husband and I are going to Athlone in a few weeks time and he's hoping to be able to watch a Premier League match while we're there. Our plan is to be able to watch it in the hotel. However, in the event that they are not showing it, are there any pubs that do show PL matches, and in particular are any showing them at the moment considering Covid restrictions? (We'll both be fully vaccinated by then).

Castle inn but it may fill quick so go a bit early especially if Liverpool
