With the McDonald's app. There are a number of offers. But once you use it. It's gone. However, if ordering at the self serve kiosk, you can manually type in the barcode for the offer. if you get stocard from your app store you can take down the number ie 71293033 , make a new card and put the number in, save it as 2vm€14 and you can scan away next time.
