    Hi There

    Just wondering if anyone can help. I am thinking of purchasing a duplex in Millrace Park, Saggart.

    Looking for some feedback on the area, any anti social issues, rentals v home ownership, ease of access to city centre, any structural issues, pyrite etc.

    Any feedback greatly appreciated.
